Growing hemp for medicine is an age old use. Growing Industrial Hemp in the United States is legal in all 50 states. The 2018 Farm Bill provided for the re-birth of an age old industry. Hemp is Cannabis. The legal definition imposes a limit on the amount of THC that is considered legal. Growing hemp requires a state license.
